“For the assessment and management of health risks at the human, animal and ecosystem interface”

InterRisk Master's Programme

The InterRisk programme is a new international master's programme which trains future health risk managers using active pedagogical methods combining lectures and real cases problem-solving. Jointly coordinated by three renowned organizations Kasetsart University (Thailand), Veterinary school of Toulouse (France) and CIRAD (France), the master offers students an outstanding opportunity to receive a double diploma from both French and Thai universities. The Master is funded under the ComAcross EuropAid project.

Opening

Official Opening: 1st February 2016

(2 weeks before the opening, English courses will be made available for students.)

Courses are taking place within the suitable facilities of Kasestsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. This offers to students a unique opportunity to be trained “in situ”, in South East Asia. Six diseases (rabies, Japanese encephalitis, leptospirosis, cysticercosis, antibiotic resistance and influenza) are used as examples in each module in order to study them extensively from different perspectives.

The InterRisk programme offers to students a unique opportunity to approach emerging diseases in their context, and direct connections with the professional networks involved in South East Asia. They are exposed to teaching from internationally recognized researchers undertaking cutting-edge research into relevant aspects of health risk management.

Final Registration date for students: over for 2016.
