NTD Asia 2017

The Asian Neglected Tropical Disease Conference 2017 (NTDASIA2017) will be held in Khon Kaen over 8-9 March 2017 at Pullman Raja Orchid Hotel, Thailand. The theme of this year’s meeting is NTDs Without Borders: From Bench to Community. It will cover multidisciplinary basic and translational research on important NTDs in Asia including, but not limited to, soil-transmitted diseases, foodborne trematodiases, schistosomiasis, taeniasis, dengue, rabies, leptospirosis, leishmaniasis, melioidosis, etc.

The objectives of this meeting are to update on Asian NTDs and regional policy, and scientific advances in NTD research and control models, and to bring together researchers from NTD endemic areas in Asia and expert scientists around the globe to share and learn as well as to build further research collaboration to enhance NTD research in Asia and worldwide at large.

A pre-conference Workshop on Scientific Writing Workshop for young scientists and health practitioners by Professor Steven W. Edwards from Liverpool University will also be held on 7 March 2017. All these meetings have no registration fee
