By accessing and using the website and services made available at the domain onehealthsea.org collectively referred to as “the Service”, you are agreeing to be bound by the Conditions of Use in their entirety as they are published at www.onehealthsea.org/ohsea/conditions-of-use. The Conditions of Use may be updated or changed from time to time without notice.  Revised Conditions of Use shall apply from the date of their publication on this website. Your access to and use of the Service shall constitute your consent to the Conditions of Use as published at the time of your access or use.  If you disagree with any, or any part of, the Conditions of Use, you must not access or use the Service.

Account Terms, Copyright and Content Ownership

You must be a human.  Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

You must provide and maintain a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.  No liability whatsoever is accepted for any loss or damage related to your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when content is posted by others who have access to your account).

You must not use the Service in any way that causes or may cause damage or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or in any way which is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

Systems Reliability and Modifications to the Service

Right is reserved at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

The Service administrators aim to keep the Service available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. However, no liability shall be accepted to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service, and for lost, altered or corrupted information or non-availability of the Service.
